After 28 seasons as an indoor soccer head coach, 20 with the Milwaukee Wave, Keith Tozer has compiled more victories than any other coach in North American indoor soccer history. His indoor record includes 23 winning seasons, nine “Coach of the Year” Awards and six league championships. He has coached nine All-Star teams and compiled an overall regular season record of 429-234 with the Milwaukee Wave. As Vice President of Soccer Operations, Keith is also responsible for the acquisition and management of players, salaries and the overall well-being of the franchise from a marketing and performance standpoint.


The Milwaukee Wave made its debut in 1984, making it the longest running professional soccer franchise in the United States. The Wave continues to be a strong successful organization, setting the standard for professional indoor soccer with six league championships, more than 500 wins and over 3 million fans. The Wave’s commitment to the community through a variety of events and activities has made the franchise a fixture for nearly three decades.
