    The Leader, Dynamics Functional Implementation will execute the enterprise implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform under the guidance of the Director, Dynamics Functional Implementation and relative to the organization's planned strategy effectively across teams while maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the Dynamics platform. The Leader will guide their team in an agile fashion, participate in planning, organizing and management of all CRM applications projects to ensure effective operations. Monitor CRM processes, resolving issues that arise in the execution of campaigns & workflows. Works closely with organization & departmental leaders to develop objective performance measurements that are consistent and aligned with the enterprise. Identify areas for improvement and develop technical improvement plans. Work with IT partners to design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards. Design, develop and implement key reports using available BI tools. Assist Marketing and Communications in analysis and reporting of campaign effectiveness including traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue. Staying informed on current as well as new and emerging Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, roadmaps and releases. Maintaining the system security including sharing rules and security levels. Document processes, workflows and field maps. Assist end users with day-to-day questions, problems and issues. Assist trainers or business partners with end-user training, including the creation of user documentation and training materials. The Leader will work closely with the Director, Dynamics Functional Implementation to present initiative progress to applicable steering committees. Maintain detailed documentation as it relates to projects and departmental initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience technical job experience

    Minimum Experience:

    3+ years' (5+ years' preferred) experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platform.

    3+ years' experience managing CRM technology projects, including gathering and documenting business requirements, designing, and configuring forms, developing workflows, reports, and dashboards, and troubleshooting application bugs

    3+ years managing staff, including writing, and delivering of performance reviews, and providing appropriate support and knowledge to facilitate in career growth and opportunities.

    Desirable Experience:

    5+ years supporting a large Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment

    Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications

    Experience leading teams in an agile environment

    Understanding of healthcare insurance industry

    Required Skills:

    Strong leadership skills with ability to function tactically with business areas but is also comfortable with senior level presentations

    Proven leadership skills

    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

    Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization

    Strong ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity and drive clarity in key areas

    Ability to focus on our various constituencies, operate in an environment with changing priorities as determined by the customer, generate, and consider new and different ideas/possibilities

    Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.

    Adept in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the management of data and reports.

    Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

    Exceptional skills in critical thinking and problem solving.

    Skilled in decision-making and conflict resolution

    Excellent convening and meeting facilitation skills

    Able to tolerate stress
