    The User Acceptance Analyst role is responsible for the planning and facilitation of user acceptance testing of MVP products or solutions that impact internal end users and external customers. Specifically, this role assists in enabling these products or solutions are thoroughly tested to ensure they meet business needs and promote an excellent user experience.

    To do so, this individual will work closely with key business partners, teams, and stakeholders throughout project design and implementation phases, in addition to educating and coaching the UAT Community of Practice (CoP) participants on the UAT lifecycle and UAT best practices, to further UAT as an enterprise capability and function.

    This individual will also be responsible for overall monitoring, risk mitigation, and executive reporting on the health of the UAT portfolio.

    Accountabilities

    • Ensuring high level test plans and granular test cases are documented and account for updates to enhanced or new business processes, software, or product functionality
    • Facilitating the successful execution of business testing to ensure no critical defects or showstoppers; occasionally assuming role as tester and executing on test cases when appropriate
    • Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities for UAT process improvements that drive quality and accuracy

    Position Qualifications:

    Minimum Education:

    Bachelor's degree preferred

    Minimum Experience:

    • 5-7 years of professional experience in a multi-disciplined setting, in health care or other consumer-focused business
    • Prior experience with leading/ facilitating cross-functional teams
    • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and follow through
    • Experience with Lean and Agile/ SCRUM preferred

    Required Experience:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate meetings, effectively lead discussions, and prepare/ deliver presentations
    • Exhibits curiosity and ability to manage UAT projects independently
    • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff
    • Capable of transferring knowledge to existing staff
    • Experience in SharePoint preferred, Microsoft Suite required
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize work and resolve issues using sound judgment to improve processes and drive change
