Posting Summary | The Department of History, Rutgers University-New Brunswick, invites applications for Part-Time Teaching for an undergraduate course in the History of Modern Greece, covering the Greek experience under Ottoman rule; revolution and independence; and development of the national state and society 1830s to the present. This is a face-to-face (not online) introductory course, upper division level. As the instructor of record, a Part-Time Teaching hire is responsible for preparing the course syllabus, delivering lectures and leading discussions, assessing student work in a timely manner, providing consultation with students, responding to student emails, and submitting final course grades to the registrar. |
