Job Description

Provide financial and operational analytics support to Montefiore Health System's entities, including its Managed Care division to help inform management of performance, opportunities, and risks.Prepare monthly and quarterly analytics reports focused on revenue, costs, and utilization of healthcare services.Reconciliation of internal and external data sources.Provide analytics support to other departments within finance and operations.

Education/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree required.

General knowledge of healthcare industry
Experience working with large healthcare datasets, including claims, billing, and premium data
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products
Financial modeling experience
Attention to detail
Ability to manipulate data utilizing database management and financial management systems and present in an easy-to-read format
Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work with a variety of collaborators across Operations, Finance, and IT.
Knowledge of SQL and Strata DSS preferred
