HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

We are looking for a seasoned AVP who is passionate about building innovative solutions to help our Life Sciences clients address their business transformation related challenges. We work with 9 of the world's top 10 pharma companies along with smaller/emerging Biotech companies. Our Go To Market value chain heavily covers R&D, Supply Chain, Market Access, Drug Research, Drug Manufacturing, and Commercial Operations.
  • AVPs [CLs & CEs] are the growth catalysts for the firm. You're involved in selling, doing, and building teams. You are part of all aspects of growing the overall portfolio and growing our footprint in these accounts - [end to end ownership].
  • As a Client Lead/CE at North Highland, you will have the ability to own and manage a portion of our business. These are entrepreneurial roles, [end to end ownership]. This includes everything from setting the strategy for your account(s), selecting, and developing your team, and growing the business in partnership with our experts from the practice. You would report directly into the industry/portfolio leader and have their support as you grow and develop your accounts, but you'll also have the ownership to run these accounts how you want.
  • Our leadership team is invested in growing our business and even considering strategic acquisitions to build capabilities and offerings we don't have today.
  • In this role you will be selling the full stack of NH service offerings from Management Consulting to Managed Services, but initially the accounts you would be focused on would be primarily MC solutions. If you sell a Managed Service, you will have leaders from that portion of our business that would partner with you on the sale and the delivery and management of the work.

YOU WILL:
  • Draw on your own unique perspectives, personality, and creativity to think big about our clients' challenges and develop creative solutions
  • Impact North Highland's bottom line by building and leveraging client and team relationships that fuel growth
  • Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through North Highland's holistic approach to consulting. Become an expert in our full range of capabilities: Strategy, Technology, People & Change, Experience Design, Process and Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, Program and Project Management
  • Successfully managing multiple and/or complex projects at one or more clients through hands on delivery
  • Developing partnership relationships with the client's executive level personnel
  • Drive new account acquisition through developing and implementing target account strategies
  • Manage client investments and portfolio of projects to meet or exceed margin forecasts

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • 10+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience
  • Experience in expanding business opportunities within existing accounts and cultivating new business opportunities
  • Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients
  • Experience in at least one of North Highland's areas of expertise, e.g., Change Management, Program Management, Data & Analytics, Process, Strategy, etc.
