We have a great opportunity for an experienced Calibration Technician to join our team in the Chicago, IL location.

In this role you will:

  • Perform calibrations on high level and unique test and measurement instrumentation at customer's locations (on site) and when necessary, in the Chicago calibration laboratory. Some overnight travel required.
  • Use your troubleshooting, repair, and calibration knowledge to work on unique equipment
  • Interact directly with customer to determine needs relating to traceability, adequacy of standards and test procedures utilized by Trescal Inc., as well as, for items requiring repair or limited calibration
  • Process equipment calibration

Requirements

As a Calibration Technician you must possess:

  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial or military calibration laboratory experience
  • Experienced in calibrating several disciplines of test and measurement equipment such as:
  • Process equipment calibration
  • Preferred experience in:
  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • Pressure
  • Torque
  • Electronics.
  • Load cells.
  • Basic RF
  • Dimensional hand tools.
