$62,400.00 - $72,000.00 Annual

What We Provide
Audits the records and phone calls of care management staff and to ensure effective and efficient operations. Coordinates scheduling and assignment of client's encounters.
Ensures that there is appropriate coverage/staffing.
Reviews productivity reports; analyzes trends and key findings in conjunction with management. Implements corrective measures to address any performance or operational issues.
Troubleshoots and resolves escalated problems that arise within care management operations. Identifies trends and makes recommendations to management to take corrective action to remedy issues.
Collaborates in the setting of productivity standards for staff and participates in quality assurance programs for business operations. Provides feedback and ensures assigned staff meets productivity standards.
Keeps abreast of new/changed policies and procedures and informs staff of changes. Works with staff to ensure the implementation and maintenance of effective and efficient operational procedures and processes.
Collaborates with management in coordinating communications and workflow procedures.
Collaborates with the management team in setting team goals, establishment of performance measures, and evaluation of team performance.
Reviews staff performance and initiates training as necessary. Provides guidance around new processes as needed. Assists in on-boarding new hires as well the on-going development of existing staff.
Performs all duties inherent in a supervisory role. Ensures effective staff training, interviews candidates for employment, evaluates staff performance and recommends hirings, promotions, salary actions, and terminations, as appropriate.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in health related field required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum three years in health related field required
Prior supervisory experience or experience in a lead capacity preferred
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required
Strong personal computer skills (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required
