In Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P), we help shape the vision and strategy of Haleon brands, and partner with customers to drive profitable growth. The Customer Strategy & Planning team prioritizes growth strategies and sets key objectives for distribution, merchandising, pricing, and promotion. We collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze and uncover market trends, business results, and shopper insights to guide future go-to-market strategies. As a CS&P intern you will be asked to dive into business questions on promotional effectiveness, pricing, competitive distribution, digital strategy, best merchandising tactics, and more.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

  • Analyze promotional effectiveness, pricing, competitive distribution, digital strategy, best merchandising tactics, and more to help shape our trade activation strategies

  • Make recommendations for improved strategies or profitability based on analysis

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, sales, and insights

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

Education required:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance

  • Able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week internship cycle

  • Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible.

Other requirements:

  • Effective communicator across different mediums (oral, written, face-to-face, and remotely via available and new technology). Ability to communicate complex ideas in a succinct and persuasive manner.

  • Proficiency in a variety of computer applications to include Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Must have working knowledge of formulas in Excel to handle and analyze a significant amount of data. Must be able to create impactful presentations in PowerPoint.

  • Successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date.

  • Provide your own funding for relocation and commuting

  • Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization. Applicant must not require future sponsorship for an employment visa status

Expected start date: June 2024
