What You'll Do

We are looking for a successful Financial Advisor who will report to the Managing Director & Partner and develop, support, and manage client relationships.

  • Collaborate with senior advisors to learn the RDM planning and investment process.
  • Active in the firm's business development
  • Support the firm's overall financial planning process with analyses and preparation of prospective and current clients' planning and investments.
  • Client-facing role, serve as the go-to contact for our client base.
  • Conduct in-depth client reviews to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Contact clients and prospective clients with relevant information about market updates that may affect their investments. Systematically communicate with prospective clients and track progress.
  • Build a wider network of clientele. Target centers of influence, new business opportunities, family offices, and other niche markets.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related degree
  • CFP, CIMA, CPA preferred
  • Series 7 License; 65 or 66 licenses
  • 3+ years of prior experience in Financial Planning and/or Wealth Management
  • Knowledge of the insurance/financial services industry
  • Team player able to work in a collegial and close collaboration environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an innate ability to build immediate rapport
  • Become a Trusted Advisor for our clients and Centers of Influence
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Knowledge of markets across multiple asset classes
  • Experience developing efficient strategies to "power" complex and diverse advisor practices.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
