The Analyst, Operations Business Analytics will partner with the Vice President to help build a best-in-class operations platform that will revolutionize the Industrial Real Estate sector. Key responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, establishing objectives and key results, designing analyses and related tools, and suggesting operational enhancements to improve overall effectiveness. The Operations Business Analytics Team will meet with and present to Senior Management regularly. Ultimately, the team's goal is to build replicable, reliable, and intuitive analytics that directly inform business decisions aimed to improve cash flow growth, property health, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. This uniquely entrepreneurial role will be focused on augmenting Link's operational expertise and requires a deep understanding of the "why" behind decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improve Link's financial and operational reporting through enhanced data quality testing, automation of processes, and leveraging of our Snowflake-based data platform

  • Gather, synthesize, and analyze financial and operating information through recurring and ad hoc reports

  • Communicate results and conclusions of analyses through Excel tables, PowerPoint charts, PowerBI dashboards, and brief write-ups

  • Prepare visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions

  • Serve as liaison between Link's Operations, Technology, and Finance teams, partnering with them in the build-out of dashboards and analytical platforms

  • Create presentations for Link Executive team

  • Participate in internal meetings with Link Executive team

  • Strong desire to solve complex problemsAbility to comprehend the "story" behind the numbers before drawing conclusions

  • Willingness to express opinions even if unpopular

  • Experience manipulating and sifting through large, complicated, and unclean database

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Passion for analytics and real estate

  • Prior experience with advanced data analytics

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python (or R) preferred

  • Experience with data warehouses or relational databases preferred

  • Fluent in English

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, collaborate with a broad range of colleagues, and implement efficient processes

$90,000 - $105,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
