Responsible for understanding customer's key markets, their overall sales and marketing goals and objectives, as well as key strengths and challenges
Proactively consults with accounts to identify their goals and objectives for their customer relationship. Maintains a 90-day rolling plan for each account. Acts as champion for each customer
Prospect and identify new business leads to present to management
Advises customer on appropriate sales and marketing strategies to build their business. Develops, recommends, and executes individual campaigns designed to achieve partner results
Responsible for customer campaigns, including surveys, lead generation, advertising, and information reporting
Works with Sales Support/Training Specialists to develop tools and training programs that educate partner sales forces on the benefits of product
Responsible for annual presentation to employees about each customer account issues and opportunities, key markets, and programs designed to meet their goals
Works in conjunction with the marketing team to increase eCommerce transactional volume
Act as a central point of contact for clients who want to engage in cross-LOB business
Develops contractual agreements with each channel partner and assures our contractual agreements are met and notifies channel partners of updates to the agreement and renewals
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related; in lieu of degree 4 years functional experience
Proven project management skills; deadline oriented
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to upper management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
CRM experience
Ability to travel 20%

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
