Job Description
Project Overview
The Change Management Specialist will focus support on Enterprise Program Management tool and process implementation by engaging with key stakeholders, leading change activities and helping ensure that adoption is successful and sustainable.
Job Functions & Responsibilities
Design and deliver fit for purpose change management plans, communications, and materials Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshops and more Manage calendar of project timelines, including interdependencies Report progress and flag issues and risks Identify and post learning resources and assist in development and delivery of training Provide other change support as needed.
Skills
Accustomed to quickly grasping change needs on large complex projects and topic areas Project manage timelines and interdependences across multiple project Excellent communication and training skills Skilled in developing and applying change management measures and related analytic skills Skilled change workstream lead, and creative coach to help project team member understand change management requirements and solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as SharePoint and Teams Must have experience leading change for an ERP, ePMO or similar large scale, organization wide change implementation.
Education & Certifications
Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology/Leadership, Communications or similar 5+ years experience managing change management teams and activities. Certification in Change Management, Coaching, Project Management, or related skillset strongly preferred.
