Provides comprehensive services that support NYPA's underlying mission of delivering clean, reliable power to its customers. This includes supporting technical analysis, compliance, and billing and settlement activities. Provides optimal business power allocation recommendations.
Responsible for the administration of NYPA's portfolio of power programs for economic development. The group manages the entire customer allocation process once an application is submitted for NYPA economic development power. This includes application review, allocation recommendation/approval, customer's utilizing the power through enrollments with the various NYS Investor-Owned Utilities and lastly, the allocation extension process. In addition, the BPAC (Business Power Allocation & Compliance) group manages the compliance process enforcing the contractual commitments (jobs, capital investments, etc.) that the customer agreed to in their power contract. #LI-VB1
