The Senior Director of Client Solutions plays a critical role in the success of new client implementations, carrier integration efforts, and benefit vendor partner relationships for the delivery of an exceptional onboarding experience. The Senior Director of Client Solutions will be responsible for planning and aligning objectives, driving the strategy of Progyny's implementation process across Progyny's portfolio and organizational goals to achieve favorable results.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the objectives for successful implementation of clients and partners into Progyny's ecosystem.

  • Set clear objectives for the team in alignment with Progyny's goals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain or exceed client implementation experience satisfaction with the VP of Client Operations using internal and external feedback and market insights.

  • Revamp and maintain performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and effort of implementation processes.

  • Lead a team of implementation managers across different levels to drive a seamless implementation experience for the team, and internal and external stakeholders.

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and innovation.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members in support of their professional growth and development.

  • Proactively manage resource allocation, and identify and implementation investments to drive efficiency within the team.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for new clients and partners during implementation.

About you:

  • Required minimum of 5 years in client-facing implementation and onboarding related roles.

  • Experience planning and prioritizing initiatives to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams; establishing and maintaining clear direction and responsibility for monitoring work and measuring results.

  • Effective at delivering multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

  • Knowledgeable in the employee benefits space with an understanding of health plans, third party administrators, point-solutions, and/or Taft-Hartley plans.

  • Able to negotiate processes and procedures and have conflict resolution skills across various levels within an organization.

  • Able to analyze data and develop processes to drive efficiency and scalability.

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $145,000 - $155,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
