Job Location US-MN-Plymouth
ID 2024-11225 Status Full Time Shift Day Schedule Mon - Fri Hours of Work 8:30 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities

Provide clinical direction to further build, maintain, and validate existing and new models of care within Family Services. Work closely with VP, Mental Health and Family Services, Director of Operations, Family Services and others to lead the development a new model of care for families impacted by addiction. Establish and maintain a clinical effectiveness hub for the organization that leads the collection and analysis of data, development of outcomes measures, and subsequent published works on findings. Work in close collaboration with operations leaders to ensure staff receives appropriate clinical supervision, training, and assures quality customer care for all customers receiving services. Monitor quality of services and ensure fidelity to clinical models. Build and strengthen relationships with external partners that can advance the organization's goals for Family Services and Mental Health.

    Development & continuous improvement of enhanced Family Services service line and model(s) of care.
  • Monitor quality & standardization of model(s) through regular review of outcomes and fidelity measures.
  • Provide for clinical quality through clinical staff development & training.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of the outcomes of care and the processes of service delivery.
  • Consistently attend and participate in leadership activities, foster relationships with external partners and serve as a national thought leader on Family Services.
  • Support HBFF Culture of Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or similar
  • Licensed Psychologist in the state currently practicing
  • Clinical program development and operational experience
  • Experience leading the development and ongoing execution of measurement outcomes
  • Minimum three years of management experience and/or training
  • Minimum five years' experience in field(s) of mental health, addiction, family therapy or related areas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration
  • Experience with implementing new clinical programs or lines of business
