SCOPE OF POSITION

The Senior Asset Manager will advise and collaborate with our clients to develop all elements of their parking assets. They will provide parking and transportation guidance in commercial, municipal, university, venues, and hospital markets.

The successful candidate will possess strong sales, project management, analytical, and production attributes. They will serve as a subject matter expert and have a broad knowledge of various facets of the business, including trends in each vertical market and the role of technology in creating solutions for clients. The overall goal is to contribute to our clients' long-lasting success.

Responsibilities include presenting descriptive statistics through detailed reports, visualizations, and dashboards, regularly integrating / cleaning / validating data from multiple sources, and communicating directly with senior management & clients.

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of parking and transportation services
  • Manage client relationships by presenting project deliverables, findings, and reports with sufficient supporting evidence
  • Extract data from multiple sources, merging that data while finding and resolving inconsistencies
  • Develop and conduct an in-depth analysis of institutional KPI's and associated measures for revenue variances, occupancy trends, pricing strategies, access card distribution, parking enforcement, and labor analysis
  • Create both routine and ad-hoc reports, data visualizations, and BI dashboards
  • Support annual and long-term strategies to meet parking management goals and advise in the investment of new parking technologies (LPR, Mobile Pay Apps, EV charging stations, etc.)
  • Work with SVP's, Regional Teams, and National Lines of business to assist in developing business opportunities.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Public or Business Administration, or a related field with a solid quantitative background, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • SQL, R, SAS, Python, or similar programming languages for querying data sources, performing the appropriate analysis, and creating visualizations
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Aptitude in creative problem-solving
  • Highly collaborative - be able to put ego aside and assemble the proper team of experts within our organization to provide the best possible service to the clients
  • Project Management skills -effectively managing teams, clients, expectations, and deadlines
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently or as a team
  • Prior history in the parking/transportation industry a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business/data analysis role or related work experience a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience as a business consultant or equivalent a plus
  • Industry Certifications a Plus

Salary: $95,000 - 115,000 annually
