As a Lead Teacher you will:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

* Master's degree in early childhood education is required

* 7 years of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool required

* Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) required
