*A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience inIT business or systems analysisor other related experience required.

*Ability to query databases to ensure data integrity for all marketing channels required.

*Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, including leadership team members

*Demonstrates strong project work and project planning experience and previous experience in a full development life cycle

*Demonstrates superior written and oral communication skills

*Expert at Workshop design and facilitation

*Proficient at developing business process design (Process flows, I/O diagrams, etc.) Project team lead experience required

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
