Summary

As a Senior Director of Total Rewards, you would be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compensation and benefits programs at Chobani. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that support Chobani's overall success. Leads a small/medium team.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: In partnership with Manager, develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies aligned with Chobani's goals. Supporting both corporate functions and manufacturing and cafe business areas
  • Compensation Management: Design, review, and administer competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, equity incentives, executive compensation and recognition programs. Work with manager and Chief People Officer on Board of Directors related matters
  • Health & Wellness Benefits Management: Oversee the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and more. Work closely with Chobani's benefits broker to drive market competitive programs to meet the needs of our workforce
  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax laws, labor laws, and healthcare regulations
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with peers to integrate compensation with performance management processes, ensuring alignment in processes and timelines
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure total rewards programs remain competitive and attractive to current and prospective employees
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and executive leadership, to drive alignment and support for total rewards initiatives
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Partner with talent acquisition teams to develop competitive offer packages and retention strategies that attract and retain top talent
  • Communication and Education: Communicate effectively with employees about compensation and benefits programs, providing education and guidance to help them understand the value of their total rewards package
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, such as benefits providers, compensation consultants, and technology vendors, to ensure quality service delivery and value at Chobani
  • Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the total rewards team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, leadership experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Multi-lingual/Spanish a plus
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
