ROLE SUMMARY:

This role falls within the EUC Voice and Video team reporting to the Director of Voice and Video, based in New York. The role is focused on providing a day-to-day service for AV/VC requirements to staff within the London Stock Exchange Group. Responsibilities will comprise of both BAU & Project work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Deliver a professional service to our workforce for AV/VC requirements including potential meet & greet with our stakeholders to ensure the rooms have been setup ready for meetings

  • Technical knowledge of AV platforms; hands-on experience of trouble-shooting issues as and when they arise

  • The bridging and monitoring of live conferences

  • Create and manage system documentation

  • Troubleshooting conferences either on live bridges and VMRs or accessing codecs for point to point calls using remote diagnostic tools including call logs and conference stats.

  • Maintaining bookings & requests from our customers in a timely manner and making sure any escalations are handled accordingly

  • Carrying out daily checks / testing on all AV/VC/Meeting Room equipment, raising faults with 3rd party vendors, making sure equipment is in good working order for all setups

  • Service driven, customer focused, enjoys resolving problems and user interaction

  • Liaise with internal (local/global) teams to help support issues and tests which require our attention

  • Monitor, report and recommend improvements in the overall AV support service

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • At least 3 years' experience working in an Audio Visual support role providing a professional service with focus on supporting a varied client basis

  • Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills across a wide range of corporate technologies

  • Professional work ethic, able to take on responsibility and meet targets

  • Process and documentation driven

  • Strong understanding of IT support processes and escalation procedures.

  • Knowledge of administering and maintaining MS teams room conferencing devices, specifically Poly (HP) devices.

  • Perform thorough root cause analysis, best practice troubleshooting techniques and processes, and procedures as defined by hardware/software vendors and personal experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,400 - $158,800.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
