Job Description
The Account Lead is a business-minded individual with operational and technical knowledge in Facility Management Services. The Account Lead is accountable for managing the delivery and execution of our Service Contract and a favorable day-to-day relationship with our Client. The Account Lead anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators and SLAs within the contract. The Account Lead creates and manages high performing teams which not only deliver operational excellence but establishes a culture and environment where our associates are highly engaged and have the opportunity to thrive.

Areas of Responsibility
Successful delivery of all Contractual requirements and adherence to all Contractual terms and conditions
Develops and executes the Account Plan to ensure alignment with client objectives, initiatives and priorities
Drive high quality results to exceed client expectations
Respond to and addresses the day-to-day Facility Management issues that surface with the client, understanding what issues require escalation, and ensuring a satisfactory and timely resolution
Ensures the best qualified candidates are hired to fulfill account roles, ensuring a high level of focus on developing a high-performing and diverse account team
Establishes clear goals and objectives for direct reports, and ensures account people-managers do the same
Provides frequent coaching and feedback to account team to elevate performance
Advances the Firm's diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on talent moves, i.e. hiring, rotation and promotion
Establishes and manages the account P&L to ensure adherence to Plan
Mitigates risk for the organization by ensuring A/R is maintained below 60 days payable
Uses the depth of JLL to identify initiatives and opportunities to share with the Client to result in growth of the business
Partners with leadership to retain all current business and looks continually to expand the book of business with the client
Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency in execution of above-base contract project work to add value to the Client and grow profitability for the Firm
Keeps safety top of mind throughout the JLL organization and fosters a culture of safety throughout the respective buildings and with the client
Secure renewal of all Contract option periods

Required experience and technical skills
Experience in delivery of Facility Management and Project Management services to large-scale facilities
The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to influence others to achieve results
Keen ability to use data and historical facts to drive independent decision making
Proven ability of demonstrating leadership in the areas of People, Finance and Innovation
Leadership of large Facility and Project Management teams
Understand the fundamentals of the outsourcing business and the real estate industry
Strong financial aptitude, with experience managing complex contracts and pricing terms
Deep knowledge of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems
Proven ability to drive results
The successful candidate will be results driven, able to execute an account plan to ensure exceptional delivery and have the highest ethical standards.
Must have Five years (within the past seven years) experience managing a single Class A office high-rise building of at least 1,000,000 square feet.
Must be in-person, on-site Monday - Friday and able to respond in-person for emergencies


Preferred
Will understand how to navigate the Firm to identify experts in our products and services
Experience in providing Facility Management Services to the Government, and knowledge of Government Contracting
