Nespresso USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager Customer Experience Analytics in New York, NY

Duties: This role is responsible for driving measurement & continuous improvement strategies with respect to Nespresso's direct to consumer customer experience. Conduct and oversee analyses that continually drive depth & rigor of understanding of DTC customer behavior. Lead the development and execution of a cross-channel CX test & learn plan to drive continuous improvement and DTC revenue growth. Utilize advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning methodologies to improve DTC retention and consumption via enhanced customer targeting and message relevancy as well as improve forecasting accuracy for Nespresso DTC channels. The core expectation is that this role will utilize data and objective results to influence the strategy of various business teams that engage across channels with Direct Customers and improve understanding of customer behavior across the organization, including presenting to senior leadership. The Sr. Manager will lead, develop, and upskill a team to deliver on the above objectives.

Salary: $199,412.00 - $200,412.00 per year

Requirements:

Requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Analytics, Statistics, or closely related field plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or in an analytics role. Required experience must include each of the following:

  • 6 years of experience in advanced SQL;
  • 5 years of experience working with analytics programming languages including R and Python;
  • 5 years of experience using data visualization tools including R Shiny, Tableau, and PowerBI;
  • 3 years of experience working with data science across different use cases;
  • 3 years of experience building a LTV prediction model;
  • 3 years of experience building a churn prevention model;
  • 3 years of experience creating customer segmentations;
  • 3 years of experience building forecasting models;
  • 2 years of experience in people management;
  • 2 years of experience upskilling resources in programming languages.

Telework is permitted up to 4 days per week.
