Position Purpose: The purpose of this role is to be the main point of contact for all IntelliMatch related development work in the New York office. This will include major projects as well as SCR’s. The iMatch application is used by a large number of users within the Ops and Finance business areas and its use is growing within the office. The key responsibility is to manage user expectations and ensure all iMatch related work is completed in a timely manner and according to global standards.
Key Accountabilities: * Act as the main point of contact for iMatch related work in New York office * Understand business environment and processes used within Toronto office * Gather business requirements related to reconciliations and document them according to global standards. * Ensure New York iMatch development environment is aligned to the global one. * Participate in and contribute to global iMatch meetings * Create and maintain JIRA records for all new development/enhancements * Coordinate iMatch development work with global development manager, ensuring development resources are available as required * Ensure new recs/enhancements are tested appropriately and signed off by the business * Work with support teams to ensure all New York technical changes are implemented in a timely manner * Ensure proposed solutions are compliant with business and technology roadmaps * Ensure smooth implementation of changes
Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience): Required ? Extensive experience in an investment banking environment ? Experience of reconciliation processeses within middle/back office ? Experience of full-lifecycle technology and process change, including hands-on work with technology groups and IT implementations ? Strong project management experience ? Background in business analysis
