Client Services Manager ¦ (NYC) ¦ Regular Employee

 
 
Position Summary:
The Client Services Manager supports the Digital Ad Sales team to maximize revenue and enhance client relationships. They play a key role working directly with clients by managing their day to day servicing needs. This position is a hybrid of campaign management as well as interactive ad trafficking.
 
Essential Job Duties:
 

  • Develop partnership with the Account Management team to support and execute Ad Sales initiatives.
  • Act as internal expert for Ad Sales Team on campaign optimization and performance.
  • Verify accuracy of internal and external Insertion Orders, identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies before the insertion order is signed.
  • Proactively manage project s to completion, ensuring that they are in compliance with the specifics detailed in the signed Insertion Order.
  • Act as a liaison with all departments to coordinate and manage the flow of information as it relates to executing a campaign.
  • Provide weekly unit-by-unit delivery reports to Account Team and client

 
Skills, Education And Experience:
 
 

  • BA/BS or equivalent and 1-2 years work experience; DFP (and other 3rd party Ad Servers such as: Atlast, 24/7 Valueclick) experience preferred.
  • CRM Systems: (Salesforce, Netsuite, ACT, SugarCRM) experience is key! Possess strong understanding and interest in Internet Advertising and the social media space.)
  • Some knowledge of HTML, Flash, JavaScript is preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

 
 

  • Superior verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive versus reactive thinker that maintains a positive attitude. Must be good with numbers, analytical and inquisitive by nature
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities.
